Terms and Conditions
Xentra Platform & Kiosk Service Agreement
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Xentra portal, registering as an invited visitor, using the self-service reception kiosk, or completing parcel check-in via Xentra, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or utilize the Services.
Scope of Services
Xentra provides digital workplace management, advance scheduling, contactless badge printing, parcel logistics, and access verification solutions under the stewardship of TechXLNS. TechXLNS reserves the right to maintain, enhance, update, or modify system software features and administrative controls.
User Conduct and Credential Usage
- Integrity of Information: Users must provide truthful, current, and complete details during pre-registration and kiosk interaction.
- Non-Transferability: Visitor credentials, digital QR passes, and physical badges are uniquely assigned to individual visitors and are non-transferable.
- System Abuse: Tampering with kiosk hardware, attempting unauthorized system penetration, reverse engineering, or forging check-in records is strictly prohibited.
Facility Entry & Admission Rights
Xentra operates strictly as an identity capture and management platform. Holding an advance digital invitation or printed visitor badge does not constitute an absolute right of admission. The client host facility maintains absolute authority to deny admission, revoke clearances, or enforce site-specific compliance regulations at its discretion.
Intellectual Property Rights
All software algorithms, user interface designs, logos (including the Xentra monogram and TechXLNS trade marks), domain properties, and proprietary documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of TechXLNS. No license, express or implied, is granted without prior written consent.
Warranty Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Xentra service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted under governing law, TechXLNS disclaims all warranties, express or implied. TechXLNS shall not be held liable for direct or indirect losses, facility security incidents, unauthorized entry breaches, parcel losses, hardware failure, or communication downtime. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the fees paid to TechXLNS for the service during the twelve (12) month period preceding any dispute.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws governing the principal place of business of TechXLNS, excluding conflict of law principles. Any legal controversy arising out of these terms shall be settled via binding arbitration or within competent courts of authorized jurisdiction.
